CABsterical is a student-run event at UC Merced. The goal and purpose of this event is to instill passion, hospitality, innovation, and leadership among the student body. This event provides a secure environment for students to destress and laugh the night away. The Campus Activities Board invites students to a night full of fun and laughter with your fellow Bobcats and a famous comedian that CAB invites to host a stand-up comedy show in the Downtown Merced Theatre. Food and drinks are also provided by the theatre! Typically, this is one of the last events of the academic year that the Traditional Committee hosts in the Spring semester!
