Hi, my name is Andrew Reed! I am from Los Angeles, California, specifically the Hollywood area. Despite the last name 'Reed', I actually come from a Salvadoran family! Some fun facts about me include that I've been to over 20+ countries, I can play the violin, I love to play video games and read books in my free time. 2023-2024 is the third year I will be a part of the Campus Activities Board; I joined in my freshman year back in Fall 2021. I joined CAB to make an impact immediately within my college community and to do more than I did back when I was in high school. I love CAB due to the people you meet and the amount of experience you gain in terms of event planning, marketing, customer service and more valuable skills that I'll use in the work force. My favorite CAB memories are the different socials the Traditional Committee would have in the 2021-2022 academic year such as eating at Coconut Cafe. Our committee truly formed a bond that year. My favorite CAB event are the big ones such as Treats N' Beats. Spending lots of time with my fellow Cabbies to put on an event that thousands will attend and make memories at is a fulfilling feeling. After I graduate, I want to become a software engineer and either work for a big tech company or join a startup and make the next big thing!
